The day has finally come for the Ambanis after months of pre-wedding celebration. Anant Ambani, youngest son of India’s richest business tycoon Mukesh Ambani is set to marry Radhika Merchant, pharmaceutical Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant. The couple will tie the knot today at Jio World Centre in Mumbai on July 12, 2024. Earlier today, the Ambani family was seen leaving Antilia, their Worli mansion, for the wedding venue Jio World Centre in BKC, Mumbai. The family started the Baraat procession in 2 cars with dhols and shehnais. The Ambani family and their relatives were seen enthusiastically enjoying themselves to the fullest.
Amidst the wedding celebration, Mukesh Ambani spiked excitement as the most awaited moment gets closer. Heavily decorated 2 cars were recorded leaving Antilia while dhols and shenais were played as they proceeded to the wedding location. One of the cars was a Mercedes decorated with fresh flowers while the Ambani house is adorned like a radiant bride to welcome Radhika Merchant. The varmala ceremony is planned for 8 pm, followed by the pheras at the auspicious hour of 9:30 pm, while the reception will be hosted on July 14, 2024.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding became the talk of the town with renowned personalities from varied segments attending the grand affair. The Big Fat Indian wedding will witness the presence of Bollywood celebrities, Hollywood actors, and political dignitaries from India and across the world. Kardashian sisters Kim and Khloe arrived in Mumbai while John Cena too reached the city for the highly anticipated wedding. Bollywood desi girl Priyanka Chopra along with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie arrived in Mumbai yesterday.
Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor are among the Bollywood celebrities who will grace the occasion.
