The film in talks is said to be a biographical drama of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who is known for his unwavering commitment to peace. This announcement comes as big news for the leaders followers and students hailing from Art of Living.
The movie will be based on Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s immense contribution to Columbia. It is renowned that Grudev played a key role in resolving Colombia's brutal 52-year civil war without a single bullet being fired. The Art of Living head was instrumental in setting peace in Colombia and ending the years-long civil war. The international thriller which is untitled so far is set against the backdrop of Latin America.
The film drawing inspiration from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s life and principles seeks to encapsulate the spirit of harmony and peaceful resistance. Following the World Cultural Festival in Washington DC, a landmark event uniting millions from more than 180 countries, the film underscores the Indian philosophy of "One World One Family." Back in June 2015, spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was awarded with highest civilian award in Colombia for his contribution to establishing peace across the world, especially in the Latin American country.
