Vicky Kaushal addresses Katrina Kaif pregnancy rumors, reveals birthday plans

Bollywood’s beloved couple, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, continue to capture hearts with their relationship. Married in 2021, they often set high standards for couple goals. Recently, rumors about Katrina’s pregnancy have been swirling, prompting Vicky to address the speculation while also sharing plans for her upcoming birthday on July 16th.

During a promotional event for his upcoming movie Bad Newz in Delhi on July 15th, Vicky Kaushal was asked about Katrina’s birthday plans and the persistent pregnancy rumors. Graciously acknowledging the question, Vicky expressed his gratitude for the birthday mention. “Pehli baat toh (Firstly,) thank you for mentioning her birthday. Vicky revealed that due to his hectic promotional schedule and Katrina’s frequent travels, they have had limited time together. He plans to return home to celebrate her birthday by spending quality time together. “Bahut time se promotion chal rahi hai (Promotions have been going on for a long time) and she’s also been traveling, so we’ll just spend some quality time together,” he added.

Addressing the pregnancy rumors, Vicky clarified that there is no truth to them. “When it happens, we will happily share the announcement. But till then, there is no truth to that; there’s only speculation that is coming from the media,” he stated, urging everyone to enjoy his film Bad Newz for now.

The couple recently attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s grand wedding on July 12th at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai. Vicky looked dapper in a cream-colored sherwani, while Katrina dazzled in a red saree. They were seen mingling with other stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, and Alia Bhatt, and grooving to Bollywood hits during the festivities. A video of Vicky dancing to 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' with SRK and Ranbir Kapoor went viral.

Bad Newz, presented by Amazon Prime in association with Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective, stars Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk in a comedy inspired by true events. The trailer reveals a plot where Triptii’s character finds herself pregnant with twins from two different fathers. The film’s soundtrack, featuring hits like Tauba Tauba, Jaanam, and the recently released 'Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam,' has generated buzz.

Directed by Anand Tiwari and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz hits cinemas this Friday, July 19th.
