Shah Rukh Khan's commitment shines through pain while filming 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan,' reveals choreographer Bosco Martis

Choreographer Bosco Martis, currently in the limelight for his latest song 'Tauba Tauba' featuring Vicky Kaushal from the film Bad Newz, recently shared insights into working with Shah Rukh Khan on the much-discussed song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' from the blockbuster film Pathaan. In an interview with India Today, Bosco praised Shah Rukh Khan's unwavering dedication, despite the actor's severe knee pain during filming.

Bosco, who has had a longstanding association with Shah Rukh Khan since Swades, where he choreographed the song Yeh Tara Woh Tara, recounted the superstar's incredible commitment. "The kind of person he is, he will not say no to any steps. Despite his knee injury, he would do the steps without any complaints," Bosco said.

He further revealed the challenging conditions during the shoot of 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan.' The cobbled streets and uncomfortable shoes made the choreography particularly difficult. However, Shah Rukh Khan never expressed his discomfort. Bosco recalled, "He would just do all the moves without any complaints. We wouldn't even know he went back to his van to fix himself up. He never let us change any steps; he did everything we asked him to do."

Shah Rukh Khan's performance in 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan,' alongside Deepika Padukone, was widely acclaimed. The choreography by Bosco was also highly praised, contributing to the song's success. Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan was released on January 25, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

Bosco Martis, part of the renowned choreographer duo Bosco-Caesar along with Caesar Gonsalves, has worked on numerous iconic songs in Hindi cinema. Their collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan on 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' stands out as a testament to the actor's resilience and professionalism.
