Nayanthara and her husband, Vignesh Shivan, were among the prominent attendees at the grand wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant on July 12. The actress shared a joyful picture with the newlyweds on her Instagram, expressing her heartfelt congratulations.

Nayanthara captioned the picture, “Heartfelt congratulations to Anant and Radhika on your beautiful wedding! Wishing you a lifetime filled with love, joy, and happiness. May your journey together be as wonderful as the special bond you guys have.”

Nayanthara was last seen in the film Annapoorani, where she played the role of a temple cook’s daughter. The film, which delves into her character's journey against familial and societal expectations, faced controversy and was taken down by Netflix due to allegations of hurting Hindu sentiments.

The actress will next be seen in Test, alongside Siddharth, R. Madhavan, and Meera Jasmine. Written and directed by S. Sashikanth, the film explores the intertwining lives of three individuals during an iconic test match. Additionally, Nayanthara will star in the Malayalam movie Dear Students opposite Nivin Pauly, marking their reunion since their last collaboration in Love Action Drama in 2019.
