After releasing the latest poster yesterday, the makers of Stree 2 have finally unveiled the  much-awaited trailer and fans are loving it. During the launch the lead actress of the sequel, Shraddha Kapoor was asked about her marriage plans to which she gave a witty response by bringing her character from the film in the answer. On being asked, the actress responded, “Woh Stree hai, usse jab dulhan banna hai woh banegi (She is Stree; she will become a bride whenever she feels like).”

Shraddha is reportedly dating Rahul Mody with whom she earlier shared an Instagram picture that added to the speculations. The caption of the post read,  “Dil rakh le, neend toh vaapis de de yaar @modyrahulmody (Keep my heart but give me back my sleep).” Prior there have been many rumours about the duo dating however neither ever spoke about the relationship in public. Rahul is a film scriptwriter and has projects like ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’ (2015), ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ (2018) and ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ (2011) on which he worked. He also did a job of an assistant director along. 

On the work front, her upcoming film ‘Stree 2’is slated to hit the big screens on August 15 and also stars Rajkummar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead roles and has an addition of Tamannah Bhatia in the latest sequel. The film is produced under the banner of Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and is a sequel to the 2018 horror-comedy hit ‘Stree’. Shraddha most recently worked in ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor. The film released in March last year and was directed by Luv Ranjan. It also starred Anubhav Singh Bassi, Monica Chaudhary and Dimple Kapadia in the pivotal roles.
