Anushka Sharma has established herself as one of the most successful actresses over the years ever since her debut alongside Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Rab Ne Banadi Jodi’ in 2008. The actress then went on to be a part of several projects and majority of them proved to be box office successes. However, in one of the previous interviews the actress shared her approach toward herself and said that she would feel overconfident about her appearance until she wasn’t being casted for her role in the film. She also mentioned that she was  ‘arrogant’. 

She recalled,  "I was very
arrogant before I became an actor on screen. I didn't speak to too many people in school and all that. I was really, really like snobbish.” Further adding, "I'm really happy I became an actor. Because I
really got a reality check, when I became an actor, from Aditya Chopra. He said, 'You are doing the film, but you're not the most good looking girl! Till then, I used to think I'm the most good looking girl. In my head, I was the most good looking girl. I mean, come on! But then he told me. And I was like, 'Oh, achha (okay).”

Anushka has also recently welcomed her second child, son Aakay with husband Virat Kohli in the month of February this year. The duo previously welcomed daughter Vamika. The couple is reportedly settled in the London and are often spotted on the outings there. Both also skipped attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding which was held on July 12 in Mumbai and some of the most notable personalities from all over the world were among the guests. Several Bollywood celebrities also appeared on the event and the glimpses of the same were all over the internet. The list included actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Alizeh Agnihotri, Ibrahim Ali Khan and others.
