Rohman  Shawl and Sushmita Sen were in a relationship for several years and would often share the pictures of each other on their respective social media handles. The duo was loved by the fans. However, later the actress announced about the separation from each other and said that despite not being in a relationship anymore, they share a great bond and will remain friends throughout.

The duo also continues to make public appearances together. In a recent interview, Rohman went on to talk about his bond with the actress and called it ‘special’.

He said, "Vo to 6 saal se
hain na saath mein to abhi naya kya hai (we've been together for six years, so what is new in that?). He further added that they will continue being great friends and mentioned that there is ‘something special’ about being with the actress.

On the other side, Sushmita also recently spoke about her status and revealed that she has been single for the last three years and isn’t searching for the man at the point while just enjoying her current status. The actress also talked about her elder daughter Renee and shared that she once asked her thoughts if the actress would want to get married to which she questioned her by asked ‘what’s the need’ and said that Sushmita is ‘cool’ even without getting married and she doesn’t require to. 

On the work front, Sushmita’s latest project has been ‘Aarya: The Antim Vaar’, which is the final instalment in the franchise. Directed by Ram Madhavani, the series released last year and  received massive praise from the audience.

Rohman and Sushmita dated for over six years but then split in 2021. They made the announcement with the Instagram post which featured both of them taking a selfie and had a caption attached which read about the same.
