Neha Dhupia, who recently starred in Anand Tiwari's directorial 'Bad Newz' spoke about her co-star Vicky Kaushal and his wife Katrina Kaif with whom she has worked in several films before. Neha went on to reveal that Katrina is a great event planner and she called Vicky one of the biggest foodies she knows.
She explained that while filming 'Bad Newz', the actor would crave different food items throughout and also mentioned that another lead actress of the film, Triptii Dimri was no less a foodie. Neha then spoke about Katrina and said that once she is there to manage any party, no one needs to interfere as she would do it with the utmost perfection.
She said, "Every meal became a ceremony. The biggest foodie on set has to be a close one between Vicky and Triptii. This one time, we were shooting in Purani Delhi and Vicky was craving for the most authentic food from there. And when I saw that spread, I was worried for myself. It had tons of options of Indian food. It was all very delicious but very spicy and greasy too. Everyone relished it. You could get the fragrance of the food till the end of that corridor.”
Neha also called both, Vicky and Katrina as 'fantastic people' and spoke about her bond with the actress. She said, "I'm very fond of her. My heart lights up when I see that girl. She's a rare find. She's as nice as hardworking and disciplined. She goes out of her way to be interested in everyone's issues because she genuinely cares for people. You can't cultivate a friendship with everyone but the ones you choose to be friends with like Katrina and Vicky are fantastic people.”
'Bad Newz' also featured Ammy Virk and released on July 19. Produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra, Apoorva Mehta and Karan Johar, the film's plot revolves around a woman (Triptii), who becomes pregnant with the twins belonging to different men. Then follows the journey of the characters of Vicky and Ammy to prove the best partner among them both, who is capable of taking care of Triptii's character and her children.
