Tishaa Kumar, daughter of actor-producer Krishna Kumar and cousin of T-Series chairperson Bhushan Kumar, passed away on July 18 at the age of 20. The young woman reportedly succumbed to cancer while receiving treatment in a hospital in Germany.
Tishaa's funeral was held earlier today in the city, with several celebrities from the entertainment industry in attendance to pay their last respects. Notable figures such as Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Farah Khan, Sajid Khan, and Jaaved Jaaferi were among those present.
T-Series released a statement confirming Tishaa's death, expressing their sorrow over the loss. According to a Pinkvilla report, Tishaa was born on September 6, 2003, to Krishna and Tanya Singh. Known for her private nature, Tishaa rarely made public appearances but was often seen at T-Series film screenings. Her last red carpet appearance was with her father, Krishna Kumar, in November 2023 at the premiere of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
