Javed Akhtar’s X account hacked, a harmless tweet sent in regards to Indian team at Olympics 2024

Javed Akhtar is an active social media user like other Bollywood celebs. The veteran lyricist and writer frequently uses X formerly known as Twitter to pen his thoughts publicly. The filmmaker announced that his official micro-blogging account was hacked and as a consequence, a tweet for the Indian team at the Olympics 2024 was made from his account. 

As a worried and concerned celebrity person, he made an official post regarding the false tweet made through his account to inform his followers. Clarifying his part, Javed informed people that his account was hacked, and apparently a message for the Indian team for the Olympics was published although it was not harmless. The screenwriter, lyricist, and poet revealed that the post was made by some hackers. 

Talking about the said Indian squad at the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024 tweet, Javed Akhtar tweeted, “My X ID is hacked. There is a message ostensibly from my account about our Indian team for the Olympics. It is totally harmless but not sent by me. We are in the process of complaining to the concern authorities in X.”

Well, the tweet in question isn’t appearing everywhere and has been removed. Fans came in his support with users suggesting him to change password. One user commented "Hopefully issue will be resolved soon," while another showed concern and said "Change your password immediately." One curious user asked, "What was that harmless message?" 

Meanwhile, Indian squad is winning at Paris Olympics 2024. On Sunday, Manu Bhaker won the bronze medal in Women's 10 M Air Pistol at the Paris Olympics. Various celebrities congratulated the powerful woman for bagging a bronze. Bollywood celebrities like Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor, and many others took to social media to share their heartfelt congratulations and excitement over Manu's achievement.
