In a significant development in the Salman Khan house firing case, it has been revealed that Lawrence Bishnoi paid Rs 20 lakh to six men to kill the Bollywood superstar. According to the charge sheet filed by the Mumbai crime branch, Bishnoi ordered the contract killing of Khan and disbursed Rs 20 lakh to the six accused.
This revelation follows reports that a special court in Mumbai issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, who is currently jailed. Another NBW was issued for Rohit Godera, an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Both Anmol and Rohit have been on the run since being named in the charge sheet related to the case. Consequently, a special judge for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases, B D Shelke, issued the standing non-bailable warrants on July 27th.
In another startling revelation, the charge sheet details a nine-minute motivational speech given by Anmol Bishnoi to the shooters before they opened fire at Salman Khan's residence. Anmol reportedly told Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal to perform the task well as it would "script history." According to the 1,735-page charge sheet accessed by NDTV, Anmol said, “Do this work well. After the work is completed, you guys will script history. Do not be afraid at all while doing this work. Doing this work means bringing a change in the society.” The shooters were instructed to fire shots in a manner that would scare Salman Khan, avoid wearing helmets, and smoke cigarettes to appear fearless.
In the Bandra area of Mumbai, bullets were fired in front of Khan's Galaxy Apartments in April. Later on, it was revealed that the attack was carried out by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with Anmol Bishnoi taking credit for it on Facebook. Salman Khan's security was seriously increased after the incident.
