Kartik Aaryan reveals Pyaar Ka Punchnama was like he won a medal

Kartik Aaryan is currently basking in the praise of his last released movie Chandu Champion. The actor has played a career-defining role in the sports biographical drama. Debuting with Pyaar Ka Punchnama he carved a niche for himself in the industry. In a career spanning 13 years, the Gwalior's young boy enjoys the tag of youngest superstar. Well, surprisingly the actor had his first movie before Luv Ranjan’s PKP which he kept under wraps from many.

In an interview with Showsha, Kartik Aaryan opened up about the proudest moment of his life. When Pyaar Ka Punchnama happened in 2011 he felt like winning a medal. It was a big deal for him when his first film went on floors, he said, “When I first got the contract for Pyaar Ka Punchnama, it was a big deal to me to finally land a film. I felt like I won a medal because I struggled for it for long. It was a film that was finally going on-floors.”
Before locking he had lost one or two films hence he was on cloud nine when PKP was actually locked. He further added, “Before that I got films but it didn’t work out. No one but my family knew I was shooting for the film, because I was still skeptical. I finally told other people when the film’s trailer released.”

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan has an exciting slate of upcoming movies that his fans eagerly await to watch. He will next star in the franchise of horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa with part 3 after the second installment was a blockbuster hit. He will be joined by Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. He will also extend his romance comedy film with Pati Patni Aur Woh 2. On the other hand the actor has also been locked for Anurag Basu’s Aashiqui 3.
