Vedaa: John Abraham praises his co-star Abhishek Banerjee's action skills, "He will leave you surprised"

John Abraham is gearing up for the release of his upcoming action thriller titled Vedaa. The Nikkhil Advani’s directorial is slated to hit theaters on August 15, stars an impressive cast including Sharvari, Abhishek Banerjee, and Tamannaah Bhatia. John is full of praise for his co-star Abhishek who showcased exceptional action skills. The actor has lauded him for his outstanding debut in action cinema. 

For the first time, Banerjee is stepping into the action genre as the lead antagonist opposite John Abraham. He is renowned for his dramatic and comedic roles in movies like Stree, Bhediya, Rashmi Rocket, and others. John who plays the protagonist in Vedaa expressed his admiration for Abhishek’s performance emphasizing his surprising and skillful execution of action sequences. He believes the actor’s portrayal as a negative character will exceed audience expectations and leave the audience applauding.

John said, "When we speak of action, I of course can’t reveal much of the film. But to speak of action, the action that Abhishek Banerjee has done, I am not kidding, it will leave you all surprised. I can vouch that you will be clapping for him during the interval point of the film."

Vedaa helmed by Nikkhil Advani, promises an adrenaline-pumping experience, incorporating gripping narratives with dynamic action sequences. Vedaa is set to hit the screens on August 15. The film will clash with other two big releases on the same day. Vedaa will release alongside the comedy drama Khel Khel Mein starring an ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal. It will also lock horns with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s horror comedy Stree 2 which also stars Abhishek Banerjee. This will mark Abhishek’s two big films opening in cinema together on one day.
