Janhvi Kapoor has left everyone from her rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya to her sister Khushi Kapoor impressed once again with her dancing skills in the just-out song Chuttamalle (titled "Dheere Dheere" in Hindi) from the highly-anticipated movie Devara: Part 1, starring Jr NTR in the lead and her as Thangam.
The second single of Devara: Part 1 was released by its makers on Monday and it instantly set social media abuzz. It is a soulful and visually pleasing number where Janhvi Kapoor's character pours out her feelings in the vicinity of Jr NTR's antagonist.
Janhvi Kapoor shared the teaser of the track on her Instagram, captioning it, "Finally feels like my homecoming #DevaraSecondSingle is all yours now." Her rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya re-shared her post on his Instagram stories, adding, "Wow wow wow Maaasss." Her sister Khushi Kapoor also reacted actively, posting, “My iconic queen sister love you the most woooooooooo.”
The previously released high-energy Fear Song is significantly different from ‘Dheere Dheere,’ which highlights the captivating chemistry between the principal characters. Anirudh Ravichander's romantic tune, enhanced by the poignant lyrics of Kausar Munir, is sure to enthrall listeners. The choreography of Bosco Martis performs a compelling depth that heightens its romantic appeal.
There are several language versions of the song. Deepthi Suresh voices the Tamil version, while Shilpa Rao performs the Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam versions. Coming right after the Fear Song, which racked up views of over 23 million, is 'Dheere Dheere', a more personal song concerning romantic dynamics in the film.
Directed by Koratala Siva and produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram presenting Devara: Part 1, set to release on September 27. The role of Saif Ali Khan is significant in this film. Janhvi Kapoor, meantime, last appeared in the suspenseful spy film Ulajh.
