Chhaava: Katrina Kaif reacts to Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Calls husband “Raw and Brutal”

Vicky Kaushal has captivated the audience with his intense and fierce look in the first teaser of his upcoming movie Chhaava. People have been hailing the actor for his versatility and chameleon-like character shifting in roles from movies to movies. His recent look as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj from Chhaava has grabbed everyone’s attention. While netizens have been showering praise, his wife Katrina Kaif gives a shoutout calling him Raw and Glorious. She is undoubtedly the biggest cheerleader for Vicky Kaushal and every time she has proved it. 

Vicky who was last seen in Bad Newz, essayed the real-life historical character of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in Chhaava. He is poised to conquer his enemies in a never-seen-before avatar. The teaser gives a glimpse into his character engaging in intense battle scenes against a massive Mughal army. The Laxman Utekar is a period drama showcasing Vicky set out in a battleground riding horses, wielding weapons, and combating opponents. His portrayal of a warrior hero Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj son of warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is epic.

Celebs and fans are gushing over Vicky Kauhsal’s titular role in Chhaava. Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram account to express her thoughts upon the first look of the periodical drama. Sharing the teaser on her Instagram story, Katrina wrote,  “And it's hereeeeee RAW, BRUTAL, GLORIOUS.” Not just her, netizens are also praising the actor calling him Dark Horse. One user wrote, “Vicky Kaushal at his finest best to date,” while another wrote, “Indeed, The Mr. Perfectionist of his Generation!” Another fan wrote, “THE DARK HORSE OF 2024.”

Apart from Vicky Kaushal, Chhaava also stars Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale, the wife of Sambhaji Maharaj, and Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb. The film directed by Laxman Utekar promises to be an epic cinematic experience. Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films Chhaava is set to bring history to cinemas on December 6.
