Yuvraj Singh's biopic announced: T-Series and 200 Not Out Cinema to chronicle cricket legend's inspiring journey

A biopic is going to be made on India's legendary cricketer Yuvraj Singh. T20 Series and 200 Not Out Cinema will jointly make this film. This announcement was made by T-Series head Bhushan Kumar and Ravi Bhagchandka of 200 Not Out Cinema production house in the presence of Yuvraj Singh. The name, director and cast of the film has not been decided yet. Information about this will be given soon. Ravi Bhagchandka had earlier produced 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' released in 2017. In this the life of the great cricketer Sachin was shown.

On the occasion of the announcement of the biopic, Yuvraj said, “I feel very honoured that my story will be shown by Bhushan and Ravi to my fans all over the world. I have loved cricket the most and it has supported me a lot during all my ups and downs. I hope the film will help people face their challenges and fulfil their dreams.” So far, films have been made on the lives of Indian cricketers Mithali Raj, MS Dhoni, Praveen Tambe. Yuvraj Singh has been the main hero of India's 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 World Cup victories. He showed amazing performance in both these tournaments. In the 2007 World Cup, he created history by hitting Stuart Broad for six consecutive sixes in the match against England. He became the Player of the Tournament in the 2011 World Cup. Due to his strong all-round game, India won the ODI World Cup for the second time. He played in the 2011 World Cup while fighting cancer.

Later he went to America and got treatment. Along with cricket, Yuvi played an important role in spreading awareness in the fight against cancer.Yuvraj played 40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20 matches for India. Scored 11778 runs in these. Also took 148 wickets. He said goodbye to international cricket in 2019.
