Race franchise is one of the best and most loved films of Bollywood. Till now three parts of this film have been released, in two of which Saif Ali Khan was seen in the lead role. Salman Khan was seen in Race 3 but he did not get any special response from the audience. Now a new update has come regarding the fourth part of the film.

While actor Akshay Kumar is returning in the Welcome franchise, Abhishek Bachchan has returned in the Housefull franchise. The latest update is about Saif Ali Khan who may be cast again in Race 4. The title of the film has not been decided yet but for now it has been named Race Reboot.

This franchise started with the film Race released in the year 2008. Actors Akshay Khanna and Anil Kapoor were seen in lead roles along with Saif in the film. After this, Race 2 came in the year 2013 in which Saif and Anil Kapoor were seen but actor John Abraham was introduced in place of Akshay. Then in the year 2018, Race 3 was taken forward with a new story and new characters on the shoulders of actor Salman Khan. In this, along with Salman, Bobby Deol and Saqib Saleem played the lead roles.

Now the discussion of making Race 4 is also in full swing and Saif can play the lead role in it. According to reports in cinematic circles, producer Ramesh Taurani was in talks for Race 4 for a long time. Now an agreement has been reached between the two. Together they will take the franchise forward. The producers may start shooting this film in the first quarter of next year.

Apart from Saif Ali Khan, many big actors are expected to be seen in the film. It is being told that at present the makers are finalising the process of casting the stars of the film. According to reports, the producers have targeted to start the production of the film in the first quarter of 2025.
