In the midst of juggling her professional commitments and being a mother Kareena Kapoor Khan took a moment to express her thoughts on parenting and nurturing kids through a touching Instagram post.

In her message she stressed how crucial it is to let kids pursue what they love saying, “Your job is not to make your children become who you want them to become... They are the fire. And you, mama, get to dance in the light.”

Kareena, who is a mom to Taimur and Jeh has frequently shared her thoughts on raising her kids highlighting how both boys resemble their dad Saif Ali Khan in certain ways. During a previous conversation Kareena revealed, “Jeh looks like me, but he has Saif’s naughtiness. Taimur, on the other hand, has Saif’s sense of humour and is a bit reserved.”

In her upcoming film The Buckingham Murders, Kareena takes on the role of a detective. Directed by Hansal Mehta the movie is set to hit theatres on September 13 and has already garnered praise following its world premiere at the BFI London Film Festival in 2023.

It's also her first time working as a producer. When Kareena thought back on her part, she said, "It's a defining moment in my career and one of my finest portrayals." Moreover, Kareena is set to feature in an important role in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film Singham Again.
