Varun Dhawan joins Sunny Deol in ‘Border 2’, Pays tribute to classic film and armed forces

Actor Varun Dhawan has surprised fans by sharing a video on his official Instagram. The actor will be sharing the screen with Sunny Deol in the upcoming film Border 2. Let us tell you that recently, actor Sunny Deol had announced the sequel of his film 'Border'. There is a lot of curiosity among the fans about the film. His curiosity has now increased by Varun Dhawan announcing his association with the film.

27 years ago the star-studded film 'Border' hit the theatres. Due to its association with the spirit of patriotism, the film is still present in the hearts of people. After so many years, when the makers announced its sequel, everyone's face lit up. A few days ago the makers had made its official announcement giving its release date.

Actor Varun Dhawan shared a short video of 'Border 2' on his Instagram and revealed that he has now become a part of it. The video starts with the lyrics of the heart-touching song ‘Sandese Aate Hain’ from the film ‘Border’. The video ends with Varun's name. Meanwhile, pictures of some scenes from the film are also seen. In the video, Varun can be heard speaking this dialogue, 'I hit every enemy bullet by saying Jai Hind, when Mother Earth calls, I leave everything and come back.'

In the caption of the video, Varun shared his experiences related to the film 'Border' and wrote, “I was a fourth class child, when I went to Chandan Cinema and saw 'Border', it had a deep impact on me. I still remember the sense of national pride we all felt in the hall. Varun further wrote, JP Dutta sir's film on war is still one of my favourite films. Playing a role in Border 2 produced by JP Sir and Bhushan Kumar is a very special moment in my career. I got a chance to work with my hero Sunny Paaji, which makes it even more special.
