Nagarjuna accuses Hyderabad authorities of illegal vandalism as his convention hall is razed despite court stay

These days, superstar Nagarjuna is busy preparing for the wedding of his son Naga Chaitanya. There is an atmosphere of happiness in the house. After the son's engagement, everyone is preparing for the next events, meanwhile Hyderabad Disaster Management and Property Protection Agency (Hydra) has taken action at the actor's convention centre. Taking major action, Hydra has razed the actor's convention hall to the ground by running a bulldozer on it. This action was taken jointly by Hydra and police.

Nagarjuna has given his reaction on social media after the convention hall was razed to the ground. He is hurt by this action and his pain is clearly visible in the post shared on X. The actor has termed running of bulldozers as illegal and said that this action has been taken against the court's stay. Nagarjuna has written, 'I am hurt by this illegal vandalism done in relation to the N Convention. This action has been taken against the orders and stay orders of the court.

The actor has further written that he is issuing this statement to reveal some facts. He says that he has not violated any law. They have not encroached even an inch. The centre was built on private land. A stay order has been issued on the notice regarding demolition of the building that had come earlier. Today, based on misinformation, vandalism was carried out in a wrong way. No notice was given before demolishing the building.

The actor further said, 'As a law abiding citizen, if the court had given a verdict against me, I would have broken it myself. But the matter is still pending there. The decision is yet to come. I want to make it clear that no wrong construction or encroachment has been done by us. To avoid this misconception being created in public, I am putting this on record. We will seek appropriate relief from the court regarding the wrongful actions taken by the officers.
