Sonakshi Sinha, a Bollywood actress, was seen having a dinner date in Mumbai last night after coming back from a vacation in the US with her husband, actor Zaheer Iqbal. The recently married couple, who have been relishing their honeymoon period by travelling the globe, took a moment to enjoy a cozy evening together in the city.
In a clip making the rounds on Instagram Sonakshi is spotted strolling alone after dinner while Zaheer briefly steps out of view. Amidst a crowd of photographers, the actress often glanced back to check on her husband sharing a playful moment with one of the paparazzi. Lightly asking for some room she remarked, "Mereko ghar jaane de" (Let me go home), Sonakshi made her way to her car and got comfortable in the back seat. Meanwhile Zaheer hopped in the front seat beside her.
In the night the Dabangg actress went for a laid back but stylish appearance wearing a black graphic t shirt along with black jeggings and a denim jacket. She chose to wear her hair in a bun and kept her make up simple.
Sonakshi and Zaheer recently celebrated their two-month wedding anniversary on August 23. To mark the special day Zaheer posted a fun video on Instagram from their trip to the US showing the couple walking through the streets and playfully teasing each other. Sonakshi reposted the video with a witty caption, “2 months today… only a lifetime more of you annoying me all day every day… yay!!!” She shared an adorable photo of herself planting a kiss on Zaheer’s cheek.
The pair exchanged vows on June 23 during a private civil ceremony at Zaheer's home in Bandra, surrounded by their nearest loved ones.
