Rajkummar Rao who is riding high on the success of the horror flick Stree 2 is set for another thriller film. The actor who is celebrating his 40th birthday today treated his fans with the title announcement of his next project. He sparked excitement a day ago by sharing an untitled poster on his Instagram account. The actor shared another poster revealing the title Maalik.
Rajkummar Rao turns ferocious for Tips Films and Northern Lights Films’ Maalik directed by Pulkit. Sharing the poster of the upcoming movie the actor wrote, “#Maalik ki duniya mein aapka Swagat hai. Shoot shuru ho chuka hai, jald hi mulaqat hogi.” The poster features Rao standing on the top of a police jeep holding a gun in hand.
Rajkummar Rao fuels fan enthusiasm on his birthday by revealing an eye-catching fierce new poster on his social media. This will be the first time Rajkummar Rao will be seen playing the role of a gangster in an action/thriller.

Kumar Taurani and Jay Shewakramani announce their upcoming film Maalik, featuring Rajkummar Rao in a never-before-seen avatar.
Maalik, to be helmed by Pulkit, shoot is in progress with an extensive schedule planned across various locations in India. Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya serve as the music composers for the upcoming film, while Amitabh Bhattacharya serves as the lyricist. The movie is produced by Kumar Turani and Jay Shewakramaani under the banner of Tips Films and Northern Lights Films.
