Salman Khan resumes shooting for 'Sikandar' despite rib injury, set costs ₹15 crore

Bollywood superstars always fulfil their work commitments, no matter what. Despite a rib injury, Salman has resumed shooting for his next big film Sikandar. Rashmika Mandanna will also be seen alongside Salman in this action-entertainer directed by AR Murugadoss. Currently, the team is busy shooting for the film. Amidst the ongoing shooting, a picture of Salman Khan with producer Sajid Nadiadwala has surfaced online.

According to reports, Salman Khan has decided to resume shooting for Sikandar despite suffering a rib injury. A picture is going viral on social media. In the viral picture, Salman is seen smiling with his film's producer Sajid Nadiadwala. The superstar is wearing a black shirt, while Sajid is wearing a black T-shirt. Pinkvilla's report states that this picture is from the sets of Sikandar.

According to reports, the team of Sikandar is currently working on a meticulously designed set based in Dharavi and Matunga. It cost the makers Rs 15 crore to make this set. This also shows that Salman has managed to perform with utmost care, despite his rib injury. This schedule is expected to last for 45 days. The crew will then move to shoot in a palace in Hyderabad for the next phase of production.

The villain in the film is played by Baahubali fame actor Satyaraj. Bhaijaan of Bollywood wants to focus all his time and attention on Sikandar. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on the occasion of Eid 2025, so Salman Khan has said goodbye to many other projects in the last two months. Salman is also going to shoot heavy action sequences in the film.
