Actor Ajay Devgn has a strong background in real estate owning multiple properties in Mumbai. The actor who is currently shooting for Son of Sardaar 2 has leased out his commercial office space to director Kabir Khan. The said property is located in Andheri and these reports come via documents reviewed by Square Yards. Kabir Khan Entertainment will be liable to pay a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh to lease the property.

The lease and license agreement was formed this September incurring a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh. Ajay Devgn rents out the property which is situated in Signature Tower where he owns multiple properties along with his wife Kajol. The office located along the Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara spans 3,455 sq ft including three parking spaces according to Square Yards. The agreement is set for 60 months i.e. 5 years securing a deposit of rs 30 lakh.

For the unversed, Ajay Devgn bought five properties in Andheri West Mumbai for rs 45.09 crore in 2023. However, the deal was made two years after he bought a home of 474.4 sq mt in Juhu for Rs 47.5 crore. 

On the work front, Ajay Devgn has an exciting slate of upcoming movies in the pipeline. The actor is elongating the franchise of his celebrated movies namely Son of Sardar, De De Pyaar De, and Singham. He is currently filming for Son of Sardaar 2 in Edinburgh, Scotland UK, and continue the film in Punjab where he will be joined by Sanjay Dutt. De De Pyaar De 2 will also go on floors soon with Ajay collaborating with Rakul Preet Singh and R Madhavan. The actor also has highly anticipated Singham Again slated to release later this year.
