Sohum Shah unveils Tumbbad trailer: Relive the enchantment as the folklore horror masterpiece re-release in theaters 

The makers of Tumbbad have sent fans into a frenzy announcing the re-release of the folklore horror movie. Sohum Shah has ignited the excitement by unveiling a new poster as the film is set to hit the theaters once again on September 13. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to celebrate the exquisite event in the history of Tumbbad and have unleashed a trailer as well. Sohum Shah, who headlines the cinematic masterpiece, has presented a new trailer on his social media. 

Presented by Eros Now, this trailer offers a mesmerizing preview of the film’s return to theaters on September 13, 2024. The trailer immerses viewers in the film’s hauntingly imaginative world, showcasing its unique fusion of horror and fantasy. With visually arresting scenes and a compelling atmosphere, the trailer heightens anticipation for experiencing Tumbbad on the big screen once more. 

Tumbbad was initially released in 2018 although it didn’t perform well at the box office was later highly celebrated. The re-release is a chance for both dedicated fans and new audience to engage in the folklore adventurous story of the movie. The film achieved eight nominations at the 64th Filmfare Awards, with wins for Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, and Best Sound Design. It also became the first Indian film to premiere at the Critics’ Week section of the 75th Venice International Film Festival. 

Tumbbad can be exclusively watched at theaters as it is not available on any OTT platforms in 2024.
