Ali Fazal returns to work after paternity leave, Excited for upcoming films and balancing family life

Actor Ali Fazal became the father of a baby girl on July 16. He had taken paternity leave to spend more time with his little angel. However, now he is all set to return to work. The actor has some great films in the pipeline. Ali is very excited to start work on the schedule of his next film 'Lahore 1947' starring Sunny Deol and 'Thug Life' directed by Mani Ratnam.

Talking about balancing the commitments of his personal and professional life, Ali said, 'I have resumed work and am juggling between sets and home, spending time with my family. The work has been good and I am happy that I am getting a chance to fulfil these responsibilities.”

Ali Fazal added, 'I am excited to get back to work and complete my pending schedule and also start work on a new film soon.' Please note that Ali and his wife-actress Richa Chadha welcomed their baby girl on July 16. The couple announced the welcome of their first child on social media on July 18.”

Talking about Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha, both of them first met in the year 2012 on the sets of the film 'Fukrey'. Soon both became good friends and gradually fell in love. According to reports, the romantic relationship between the two started in 2015 and became public in 2017. The couple was planning a wedding in 2020 but had to postpone it due to Covid. Ali and Richa tied the knot in 2022 and welcomed their first child, a daughter, in 2024.

On the work front, Ali Fazal was recently seen in Amazon Prime Video's web series 'Mirzapur 3'. Like the last two seasons, the actor won the hearts of the audience with his brilliant performance in this season too. In the coming days, apart from 'Lahore 1947' and 'Thug Life', Ali will be seen in 'Rakta Brahmanda' and 'Metro in Dino'. Apart from this, he will also be seen in the Hollywood film 'Afghan Dreamers'.
