Ever since Don 3 was announced featuring Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani in key roles the film has generated immense buzz. Don OG fans and the new cinephiles have been waiting for major updates about the highly anticipated project. Well, this comes as a disappointment to those eagerly waiting for the movie. Directed and produced by Farhan Akhtar the third installment of the most popular action thriller film will see a delay in shooting.

Earlier, the film was reported to go on floors by August this year, however, a few months back Farhan Akhtar announced that the filming would start in January 2025. Well, New18 has reported that the Don 3 shoot has been pushed to May 2025. The fans will have to wait a little longer for the film to make it to cinemas. The reason behind this decision is Farhan Akhtar’s busy schedule and other commitments. 

Farhan Akhtar recently announced his acting project war drama 120 Bahadur based on the story of Maj Shaitan Singh PVC and the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment. The filmmaker wants to stick to the commitment he made to the 120 Bahadur makers. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh is currently focusing on his upcoming untitled project with Aditya Dhar, 

According to the source, “Farhan wants to stick to the commitment that he made to the makers of 120 Bahadur before kick-starting his own directorial. And since the shoot of the former will take a few months, he has decided to push the first schedule of Don 3 by four months. It will now begin in May-June next year. Moreover, Ranveer is currently focused on Aditya Dhar’s next untitled directorial.”
