Bollywood stars like Sara Ali Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ananya Panday and others share festive cheer on Ganesh Chaturthi 2024

As the country comes together to celebrate the joyful festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, Bollywood stars have joined in the festivities by sharing their warm wishes and moments from the celebrations on social media. On Saturday September 7 actors such as Diljit Dosanjh, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Aditi Rao Hydari and Rajkummar Rao among others took to Instagram to extend their greetings to fans for Ganesh Chaturthi.

Diljit Dosanjh, the renowned Punjabi star, posted a tranquil picture of a Ganesha statue from his residence, extending wishes of happiness and abundance to all. Similarly, actors Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora participated by sharing festive greetings.

Sara Ali Khan thrilled her followers by posting a snapshot with ‘Gannu Bappa’. Meanwhile Bhumi Pednekar joined in the festivities by preparing modak for the first time and proudly sharing the moment, "It tasted so good!"

Ananya Pandey also got into the festive mood sharing moments from her Ganesh Chaturthi celebration with her loved ones. The actress took to Instagram to share a collection of photos capturing Lord Ganesha’s arrival at her residence. In one of the pictures, she struck a pose with her parents Chunky Panday and Bhavana Pandey. Ananya added a caption to the post, "Welcome home Bappppa," along with the devotional song Gajanan Sukh Karta Dukh Harta playing in the background.

Rajkummar Rao, known for his role in "Stree 2," and his wife Patralekhaa proudly displayed their homemade Ganesha idol, emphasizing its eco friendliness. Rajkummar shared a heartfelt message about their creation, "Meet our super eco-friendly Ganpati ji. Made by us at home. Ganpati Bappa Morya."

In the same vein, Kartik Aaryan joined in on the festive cheer by sharing pictures of his Ganpati celebrations along with the caption, "HE is back, and so am I for his blessings. Modak Party Begins!!! Ganpati Bappa Morya."

Other notable celebrities like Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, and Sonam Kapoor also extended their warm wishes, making this Ganesh Chaturthi a truly star-studded and joyous affair.
