The teaser trailer of Alia Bhatt’s most awaited Jigra is finally out. The film created massive buzz with a series of poster releases a few days ago. Ditching the usual teaser format, Jigra gives us a longer sneak peek into gripping narrative. Vasan Bala directorial and Karan Johar produced is intense, emotional, and powerful featuring Alia Bhatt in never seen before avatar.
Jigra teaser gives a glimpse into the intriguing storyline centered around siblings relationship. Alia Bhatt stuns with her raw and fierce transformation as Satya on the other hand, Vedang Raina shines with a soulful cover of "Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai," dedicated to Alia’s character. Alia is brave and strong fighting against goons and push herself to save her brother at any cost. The teaser gives a backdrop of the story where the lead characters parents passed away and her only family member - brother is left with limited time while he is in prison.
Jigra is directed by Vasan Bala with producers Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt Shaheen Bhatt and Somen Mishra backing this powerhouse. The film is presented by Viacom 18 Studios, Dharma Productions, and Eternal Sunshine Productions. Jigra will release in cinemas on 11th October making a festive treat with the Dussehra celebration.
