Kareena Kapoor rejects Botox, says husband Saif Ali Khan still finds her 'Sexy'

Kareena Kapoor Khan, a longtime fixture in Bollywood recently shared her thoughts on growing older self-care and her views on cosmetic procedures. As she prepared for the release of The Buckingham Murders, Kareena was rather honest in an interview with Harper's Bazaar about her desire not to get Botox or other comparable treatments. She also mentioned that her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan still finds her "sexy."

The actress recognized for her self-assurance and captivating performances revealed that she finds comfort in being herself while taking on roles that suit her age. "I'm 44 and have never felt better. I don’t feel the need for Botox or any cosmetic enhancements," Kareena said. "My husband finds me sexy, my friends say I look amazing, and my films are thriving. I play roles that reflect my age and am proud of it."

Kareena stressed the significance of taking care of herself in her life. This involves cherishing moments with loved ones, enjoying cooking sessions with Saif and upholding her fitness regimen. She pointed out that genuine self-care encompasses more than just looking good saying, "Nourishing my soul with a good meal, a heartfelt chat, or a bottle of wine is essential for me."

The actress from The Buckingham Murders emphasized her view on aging gracefully, stating that true beauty grows over time. She encouraged embracing the marks of life and experiences instead of attempting to hide them. "Age is a part of beauty," she said. "I want people to see me for who I am and appreciate that."

In her career Kareena is preparing for the upcoming release of The Buckingham Murders a suspenseful thriller helmed by Hansal Mehta. The screenplay crafted by Aseem Arrora Kashyap Kapoor and Raghav Raj Kakker features performances from Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar and Keith Allen. With production credits going to Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films, the movie is set to premiere in cinemas on September 13.
