Kajal Aggarwal is said to be joining the cast of Sikandar, a film starring Salman Khan and directed by AR Murugadoss. This project will be Salmans first partnership with the renowned director who is known for his successful Bollywood movies such as Ghajini and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.

Kajal Aggarwal has reportedly consented to work on the project, according to Filmfare, however, her character's characteristics are still undisclosed. She will be sharing the screen with a talented ensemble cast featuring Rashmika Mandanna taking on a role as well as renowned actors Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar in significant supporting positions.

Filming for Sikandar kicked off in June with an adrenaline fueled action scene taking place at an altitude of 33,000 feet. Salman Khan delivers a performance in a captivating moment aboard an aircraft. The crew is presently engaged in a day shooting spree before moving on to shoot at a palace in Hyderabad.
