As Jr NTR prepares to unveil his much-awaited movie Devara: Part 1 the actor has shared an exciting glimpse into another significant venture on his agenda his partnership with KGF director Prashanth Neel. While promoting Devara his first solo pan Indian release in six years Jr NTR revealed fresh insights about the yet to be titled project generating excitement among his fanbase.

The actor disclosed that director Prashanth Neel is scheduled to kick off shooting for the thrilling project on October 21, although Jr NTR will commence his filming participation at a time. RRR star said, “Prashanth Neel will commence shooting for the film from October 21. He will start shooting scenes that don’t require my presence, and the work will progress with the other cast members for about a month or so. I will join the sets in January 2025.”

The news comes just after Mythri Movie Makers the studio responsible for the movie shared an important update on August 9. They took to their official X account (previously known as Twitter) to unveil a poster and announce that the film is set to be released in theatres on January 9, 2026. The announcement included a message that said, “This time, the earth will tremble under his reign! #NTRNeel will step onto the soil on January 9th, 2026. MAN OF MASSES @tarak9999 #PrashanthNeel @MythriOfficial @NTRArtsOfficial.”

Jr NTR added to the buzz by posting a picture with directors Ayan Mukerji, Koratala Siva and Prashanth Neel on September 10. The snapshot sparked anticipation among fans since all three filmmakers have upcoming projects featuring the actor.
