Kareena Kapoor Khan an acclaimed Bollywood actress known for her remarkable skills and fashion sense recently reflected on the moment she first met her husband, Saif Ali Khan. She likened it to a scene, from a timeless Bollywood film. While Kareena marks another year of her life fans are reminiscing about her candid disclosure on her radio show What Women Want where she amusingly likened that moment to the iconic saree flying scene from Main Hoon Na.

In a conversation with Varun Dhawan about love influenced by Bollywood Kareena shared that her first encounter with Saif felt like a scene pulled from a classic Hindi film. "I was in Main Hoon Na, like that Sushmita (Sen) saree flying," She playfully alluded to a scene from the movie. Kareena mentioned that she and Varun were raised with a perspective on life that made special moments feel like elaborate movie scenes. However, she pointed out that Saif who has a preference for Hollywood didn’t quite share the same level of romantic excitement.

The love story of the couple started while filming Tashan and blossomed into a lasting relationship before they exchanged vows in a ceremony on October 16, 2012. Presently they cherish their role as parents to two sons, Taimur and Jeh Ali Khan frequently sharing heartwarming family moments through social media.

Viewers are still captivated by the delightful chemistry between Kareena and Saif, who have also appeared together in movies such as Kurbaan, Omkara and Tashan.

In her career Kareena has recently received acclaim for portraying detective Jas Bhamra in The Buckingham Murders directed by Hansal Mehta.
