Many reels were also made on Instagram about it. Recently, Amar Kaushik has said that people think that if there is an item number, then there should be dirty lyrics, while it is not so. Let's know what else the director had to say..

Item numbers of any film have to face criticism many times. Many times people criticise actresses who are presented as objects in item numbers. However, Amar Kaushik has also given a message to the society with the song 'Aaj Ki Raat' in his film 'Stree 2' and told that item number songs can not only have dirty lyrics but also a message for the society.

The director said that it is easy to make any film with an item number. The makers just need to know what they want to say through that song. Amar Kaushik said, "It cannot be denied that people come to the theatres to watch item songs. However, I wanted it to take the story forward without compromising on the quality and respect for women."

Regarding making the item song, the director said that you should say what you want to say and there should be style too, but when you listen to the lyrics, you feel that you have said something big, you will understand it later. Amar Kaushik said that I have grown up with sisters and I have seen their struggle. All that is in your mind and then when you are making a film, you cannot show it in a normal way.
