Govinda made headlines lately for his accidental misfiring incident that landed him in hospital as he injured his knee. His wife Sunita Ahuja was by her side and gave timely health updates to the media. The couple has two children Yashwardhan and Tina, who was also present at the hospital until he was discharged on October 4. Sunita Ahuja recently opened up on the loss of their third child a daughter who couldn’t survive life after 3 months of birth.

Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja shared her approach to raising her children Yashwardhan and Tina. She mentioned keeping a protective environment, particularly for her younger son Yash. She explained this revealing that before Yash she had a daughter who was born prematurely and didn’t survive. During her recent appearance in a podcast Timeout with Ankit, she spoke about how she has always been attentive towards her children also because of a heartwrenching incident years ago.

During the conversation she was asked who is the most naughty child between Tina and Yash, Govinda’s wife Sunita replied none of them are spoilt oor naughty and revealed about her third daughter. She said, “Yash is a little pampered because he is eight years younger than Tina. Before Yash, I had another daughter too, but she was premature and didn’t live. She was three months old when she expired; her lungs hadn’t developed. That is why I brought up Yash in a cocoon. I was scared. Now I have to fulfill all his wishes, but it’s fine.”

Govinda and Sunita married in 1987, completing over 4 decades of the union. A year later in 1989 they welcomed daughter Tina. While Govinda was from Virar Sunita was a South Bombay girl from Bandra Pali Hill. It was a love marriage but in early days they had frequent disagreements.
