Tamil superstar Surya and acclaimed filmmaker Rakesh Omprakash Mehra's movie 'Karna' is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. However, director Rakesh Omprakash Mehra has recently given big information about it, which has made the fans happy.

'Karna' will be Surya's first film in the Hindi film industry. According to the report, Surya and Janhvi Kapoor have been cast in the lead roles for 'Karna'. According to reports, in the film, Surya will be seen playing the role of 'Karna', the brave warrior prince of the epic Mahabharata and the elder half-brother of the Pandavas. Although there has been no official statement about Janhvi Kapoor's role, it is speculated that she may play Karna's wife Vrushali.

It is being said that talks are going on with Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman to compose music for the film. 'Karna' will be directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The film will be made simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil and will be dubbed in Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu. Sources also reveal that 'Karna' will be a big-budget film, and an official announcement is expected soon.
