The 70th National Film Awards ceremony was held on October 8, 2024, at Vigyan Bhavanconferred in New Delhi. All the winners were awarded the prestigious accolades by President Droupadi Murmu. Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji have won the National Film Award for Best Film in the AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comic) category for Brahmastra.
