Citadel Honey Bunny: Priyanka Chopra reviews Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s action-packed espionage thriller

The Citadel universe is getting bigger with its expansion into American, Italian, and Indian versions. Citadel: Honey Bunny, the Indian adaptation of an American web series featuring Priyanka Chopra, is set to release on November 7 on Amazon Prime Video. Following the trailer launch of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer, fans excitement has been heightened and to their surprise, the leading cast of the Citadel World, Priyanka Chopra has shared her review for the forthcoming spy thriller show. 

In a recent interview with Forbes India, Priyanka Chopra talked about the action-packed Citadel: Honey Bunny. She highly praised Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth’s performance calling her incredible. She even mentioned her character’s connection with the Indian spin-off. When asked about any particular actor whose work she has really enjoyed in the recent past, she quickly mentioned watching Citadel: Honey Bunny. 
 
Although she has just watched two episodes of the espionage thriller she has loved it. While Citadel: Honey Bunny is just less than a month away from its release, according to the global icon Pee Cee it's “so good.” She praised Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who self-performed action sequences right after battling myositis, as incredible. 

She further added, "And there's a connection between my character and Honey and Bunny, which was just really fun for me to enjoy. And I  just think  Varun and Samantha were amazing. Praising the creators, she said, “the writing was brilliant, Raj & DK were just so good. So I was really really impressed when I watched the series.” 

Citadel: Honey Bunny is an espionage thriller starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan in the lead cast. The trailer promises an electrifying installment in the Citadel universe which started with the American version featuring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden. Directed by Raj & DK Honey Bunny sets a wild ride blended with espionage, romance, and self-discovery. The most-awaited Amazon Prime Video will stream on November 7, 2024.
