Ajay Devgn reveals eye surgery after injury on 'Singham Again' set: 'I couldn't see for months'

'Singham Again' is the much-awaited third installment of the popular franchise 'Singham'. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles. Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the release of his mass entertainer Singham Again and he appeared on Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 18 on Sunday to promote the film. During a conversation, Ajay revealed that he had suffered an eye injury during the shooting of Singham Again due to which he was unable to see properly for two-three months.

Ajay was wearing a pair of glasses during the show and seeing this, Salman asked if it was because of his eye injury. He asked, "You got hurt on your eye, was it here?" To this, Ajay replied that he was injured during an action scene in Singham Again and his eye was hurt. "I had to undergo a small surgery and I couldn't see for two-three months," Ajay said, adding that he is much better now. Salman quipped, "When you do action, all this happens."

Meanwhile, Singham Again is all set to hit the silver screens on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali, and while it is the biggest film in Rohit Shetty's cop universe, it will get even bigger when fans will see Salman Khan making a cameo appearance in the film as Chulbul Pandey.

Singham Again also stars 'Simmba' Ranveer Singh and 'Sooryavanshi' Akshay Kumar. Besides, the film will also feature Deepika Padukone as the franchise's first female police officer, and Tiger Shroff will be seen in the role of an up-and-coming cop.
