Actor Nakul Roshan Sahdev is planning to celebrate Diwali in a spiritual way this time. The 'Gully Boy' star will not be able to visit his family this year and will celebrate the festival in Mumbai. In a recent interview, Nakul said about his Diwali plans, "This year, I will not be able to visit my family due to work, so I want to make this Diwali more spiritual, so that I can understand the essence of this experience."
Nakul urged everyone to not burst crackers and also take care of animals. He suggested that we should celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali so that there is no harm to the environment. "I feel bad when I see my pets in discomfort due to noise and pollution. I think Diwali can be even more beautiful if we make this experience more personal and comfortable. Meaningful conversations with loved ones, game nights, and joining musical organizations is one way to live the spirit of Diwali in an ecological and pet-friendly way. Let's give animals a chance to celebrate Diwali too," he added.
Nakul also shared that instead of bursting crackers, we can indulge in many other activities. To this, he said, "I believe that by adopting activities that promote bonding, creativity, and happiness—like family get-togethers, arts and crafts sessions, or even community service—we can celebrate Diwali in a sustainable way without contributing to noise and air pollution."
