Vicky Kaushal has been often open about his experiences and struggles in the industry. Now the actor has addressed anxiety and insecurities a person deals with. In a recent interview, he shared acknowledging anxiety is the best way to deal with it. He opened up on the serious subject that also comes with the nature of his profession and talked about managing it. He offered guidance to people looking forward to making a career in the film profession and shared advice from a senior actor.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar India, Vicky said, "The best thing to do for anxiety is to acknowledge it. The enemy is indulging in it. A senior actor once told me to make anxiety your friend. It’s always going to be there; you just need to master it. Acknowledging it is a great first step.”
In the same interview, the 36-year-old actor expressed that he is intrigued to explore film direction and fascinated by different approaches to filmmaking. He added, “It’s fascinating to see different approaches in filmmaking. I’m not sure if I’d take that step myself just yet, but I’m definitely intrigued."
