Rohit Shetty's directorial venture 'Singham Again' has finally released today. The film is getting a good response from critics and fans in the beginning. The wait of the audience is over and the film is now making a splash in the theaters. At the same time, the stars of the film are also constantly busy promoting the film. Meanwhile, actor Arjun Kapoor, who plays the villain in the film, took the blessings of Ganpati Bappa on the day of the film's release.
Today, on November 1, before the release of his film 'Singham Again', actor Arjun Kapoor reached Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai barefoot to seek divine blessings. A video of the actor is going viral on social media, in which he is seen wearing ivory-colored Indian attire, going inside the temple and coming out after darshan.
Arjun recently told in a video that for almost a year he stayed away from the limelight and focused on his role of Danger Lanka in 'Singham Again' directed by Rohit Shetty. He said, 'I had to shoot the biggest film of the industry and I did not want to get distracted. Sometimes when you disappear for a few days or are less visible people might miss you and see you in a new light.'
The actor said that he simply stopped everything to prepare for his character. 'I thought of focusing this whole thing on just this one particular film and taking it almost like my first film once again,' he said. Working with Ajay Devgn was an important experience for Arjun. He said, 'If I dare say so, he is someone I admire to such an extent that I would like to emulate even maybe five percent of the work he has done. I would be amazed and I would be very, very proud of myself.'
The third film in the Singham franchise has a lot of stars. It stars Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham, Ranveer Singh as Simba, Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Suryavanshi, Kareena Kapoor as Bajirao Singham's wife Avni, Deepika Padukone as police officer Shakti Shetty, Ravi Kishan, Jackie Shroff and Tiger Shroff. Arjun is seen playing the role of a villain named Danger Lanka in this film. This film is based on the story of 'Ramayana'.
