Meanwhile, Vikrant Massey has recently reacted to Taapsee Pannu's statement in which Taapsee had underestimated the importance of the hero in the film Haseen Dilruba. While talking to NDTV, Vikrant rejected this statement and said that he does not take such comments too seriously. When Vikrant was asked about his hit film 12th Fail and the fact that the film did not have any big stars, the question reminded him of Taapsee's statement in which she said that the presence of a hero in Haseen Dillruba. does not matter. To this, Vikrant reacted, "To be honest, these things do not matter to me. It is true that 12th Fail did not have any big stars."

He further added, "I got positive feedback for my acting, but it did not have much impact on the box office." Vikrant also clarified that before 12th Fail, he did not have any solo film that was a hit in theaters.

On this subject, Vikrant said, "So I think such things are not a big deal. We should do it in a healthy way 'agree to disagree'. The sad thing is that nowadays on social media and in real life, people are breaking friendships due to different political views. It seems that now you cannot disagree with anyone. This is a disturbing thing." During this, Vikrant also said that he does not give much importance to anyone's personal opinion, because for him his work and fans' reaction are more important. This statement of Vikrant shows that he has a very stable and peaceful attitude towards his journey and career, which keeps him beyond criticism.
