Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' has completed the censor process for its Hindi version. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) approved the film on December 3, albeit with some changes.
The major changes made in the film include replacing the word 'Ramaavatara' with 'Bhagwan'. A dialogue has been changed to Hindi. Apart from this, some objectionable words have also been replaced. A scene which showed a severed leg flying has been removed. This scene was already edited from the Telugu version as well. The censor board has also directed to add a warning related to smoking in the film, which will appear in the smoking scene.
The Telugu version of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' was approved on November 28, with the recommendation to remove objectionable words at three places. Apart from this, words like 'Denguddi' and 'Venkateshwara' were also removed. The scene where the hero of the film holds her hand was also edited out.
Both the Hindi and Telugu versions have received a U/A certificate. The total duration of the film is 200.38 minutes. The film is directed by Sukumar, and stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles. 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is set to release in theatres on December 5. It is also worth noting that the first part of this film was released in 'Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1' (2021), which proved to be a superhit at the box office. The film grossed Rs 267 crore and Allu Arjun also received a National Award for this brilliant performance.
