Actress Bhumi Pednekar shared an old memory related to Ranveer Singh's film 'Band Baaja Baaraat'. Bhumi said that she started her career with Yash Raj Films in 2010. Anushka Sharma was also seen with Ranveer Singh in this film. At that time Bhumi Pednekar was the casting director of this film.

Kareena Kapoor asked Bhumi if she had any funny incident as a casting director. To this, Bhumi said, "I have a very good memory of Ranveer Singh's audition for 'Band Baaja Baaraat'. He is really a wonderful and amazing person. When he reached our casting office in Juhu, the energy that we see him today on the red carpet or talking to people, the same energy was inside him at that time also." Bhumi further said, "I have never seen a person come to audition in this style. I remember I was practicing lines with him, and during this time he was very good. At that time I had taken about 100 auditions for that one scene, and at that time I had also forgotten my lines. At that moment I realized that the person standing in front of me is very special."

Bhumi Pednekar also said that she has learned some important things from Ranveer. She said, "The energy and confidence that Ranveer has is very special. These things are very important to remain positive in life. The way I saw him for the first time, his style is the same even today."

Bhumi Pednekar is currently preparing for her upcoming film. She will soon be seen in the remake of Mudassar Aziz's film 'Meri Patni'. This film will be released in theaters next year in 2025.
