Vrajesh Hirjee has recently shared some important things about Vashu Bhagnani's film 'Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein'. He said that he got a chance to work in this film, which was directed by Gautam Vasuvendra Menon and stars actors like Dia Mirza and R Madhavan. Vrajesh said about this film that he was paid only half the amount that was decided for this film.
In an interview to a YouTube channel, Vrajesh said, "Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein" was not as special at that time as it is talked about today. This film clashed with Shah Rukh Khan's "Ashoka". Vrajesh said about this, "I thought this film would give me some inspiration, but nothing like that happened. I was expecting." After this, Cyrus immediately asked, "Did you get paid?" And to this, Vrajesh replied, "No, I didn't even get half the money for 'Rehnaa Hai Tere Dil Mein'. This is a sad thing." However, Vrajesh did not give up on this and said that he had received a lot of money for another film. He said, "But I got a lot of money for 'Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai'. I got more money than I expected for this film. Some people here are also good and decent."
Vashu Bhagnani has faced many problems since 'Chhote Miyan Bade Miyan'. He had made a film worth Rs 350 crore, but the film managed to earn only Rs 60 crore at the box office. The court had said, "The total amount of alleged fraud in several transactions is very high. The number of these transactions is also very high."
Moreover, according to the complaint, Bhagnani had signed a deal with Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar in February 2021 for four films, including an action-comedy film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'. In November 2021, the producer approached Ali Abbas Zafar to direct and write the film. Ali Abbas Zafar reportedly put a condition that he will work with his colleagues Himanshu Mehra and Aksh Randive, who help him with his accounts, bookkeeping and film management.
