‘Pushpa 2; The Rule’ Box Office Collection Day 6 : Crosses ₹645 Crore in just 6 days

Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil starrer film 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' released in theaters on 5 December 2024. The film has proved to be a big hit not only across the country but also globally. The film has earned a lot at the box office due to the brilliant direction of director Sukumar. The film had an opening of 175.1 crore on the first day of its release, including previews, which was a big surprise for the trade pundits. The film continues to perform well even now, and even after completing six days, its collection is seeing a steady increase.

'Pushpa 2' is a sequel to the 2021 film 'Pushpa: The Rise', which was released on 12 thousand screens. Though the plan for a 3D version was cancelled due to delays in post-production, the film is doing very well in 2D and 4DX formats. Made on a budget of 500 crores, the film has been released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The film has ended the year with a great gift to the Indian film industry.

The film had a great opening but its collections dropped by 42.89% on the second day but still managed to collect 93.8 crores. On the third day, the collections grew by 27.13% and the film collected 119.25 crores, crossing the 300 crore mark on the third day. On the fourth day, the film collected 141.05 crores, joining the 500 crore club in just four days.

However, the collections declined on weekdays, with Monday recording a 64.45 crore drop of 54.31%. But on Tuesday, the film earned 38 crore, taking its total domestic collection to 645.95 crore. The special thing is that on Tuesday, the film also surpassed 'Gadar 2' (32.37 crore), 'Animal' (27.8 crore), and 'Baahubali 2' (26 crore) in Hindi.

While the audience is appreciating the performances of Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna has also won the hearts of the fans with her performance. 'Pushpa 3' was also announced at the end of the film, which has increased the excitement of the fans even more.
