Varun Dhawan calls Amit Shah the 'Hanuman' of Indian politics, Praises his selfless service

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is currently busy promoting his upcoming action drama film 'Baby John'. Recently Varun reached Delhi, where he not only talked about his film, but also shared many interesting things about Union Home Minister Amit Shah. During this, Varun called Amit Shah the 'Hanuman' of Indian politics, which shows special respect and reverence towards him.

Varun said, "I think he is like Lord Hanuman because I went to promote my film 'Baby John' in a conference and the way he talked to me, he put India and Modi ji first in every answer. He was not promoting himself. During this time he was not worried about whether he would look good or bad with a particular statement. India comes first for him. I liked this thing very much. He is working for the prosperity of the country, not for his public image. India comes first for him."

When Varun was asked that he may face criticism on social media for this statement, he said, "Let the critics speak. I am not a political person, when I like something, I put my point across." After this, Varun further praised Amit Shah and said, "People call him Chanakya in politics, but I would like to call him Hanuman of our country, who serves the country without any selfishness."

Talking about work, Varun Dhawan will soon be seen in the film 'Baby John', directed by Kalij and presented by Atlee. This film will be released on the occasion of Christmas. Apart from this, Varun also has an upcoming film ' Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulasi Kumari', in which Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen with him.
