Hyderabad Police warns action against spread of false information on Allu Arjun's sandhya theatre stampede

Hyderabad Police on Wednesday warned that action will be taken against anyone who spreads false information or posts misleading videos on social media about the stampede at Sandhya Theatre. Police said through a post on its X (formerly Twitter) account that they have received information that some people are posting false videos, claiming that the stampede happened before actor Allu Arjun reached the theatre, whereas it was not so.

Police say that some people are deliberately posting this false video on social media, falsely claiming that the stampede happened before Allu Arjun reached. Hyderabad Police said, "We will take legal action against those who are deliberately spreading false information during the investigation of this matter." Police also made it clear that any false news will be taken seriously. Along with this, the police appealed to the public not to believe the rumours and also said that if anyone has correct information or any evidence related to this matter, they must give it to the police.

On December 4, a 35-year-old woman died during a stampede at the Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. At that time, the movie 'Pushpa 2' was being shown in the theater and actor Allu Arjun was also present on the second floor of the theater. The woman's eight-year-old son was also seriously injured in the incident, who was admitted to the hospital. After the incident, the police registered a case against Allu Arjun in this case. The actor was also arrested in this case and he stayed in jail for one night, later he got bail. Recently, the police also questioned Allu Arjun for three hours in this case.

After the action and investigation taken by the police, this matter is now slowly moving towards being solved, but the police is seen being strict about the rumors and misinformation spreading on social media.
